Staff Registration Process Description

| Registering for work with IFM is simple. When completing the online registration form, make sure you check you have completed all the necessary fields marked with a * and upload your recent CV and 3 J-peg photos, the steps are as follows: |

Your application will then come through to the admin team for approval. Should you be successful you will receive a confirmation email with the following information: |
- Log in details and password, please keep this safe. You will need to use this in order to log into your profile to change any details like your address, new phone number, bank details, new photos etc. You will also need your log in details to see our jobs board.
- A copy of the Terms and conditions of employment which you have already agreed to
- P46 (we use this to tell the Inland Revenue that you work for us)

You may then be asked to attend an interview. |

If you are a non EU resident then you must email us a copy of the page in your passport that indicates your right to work here in the United Kingdom. Please note that you will be asked to provide this identification if you are asked in for a screening interview. |

If you are not successfull, this could be for a number of reasons. We are currently not recruiting in your area; you do not have enough experience. |

Finally, successful candidates will be sent: login details and copy of the followings |

- Our terms and conditions of employment which must be signed and returned to us.
- Employee details form (your way of telling us how you would like to be paid and to where) and a P46 (we use this to tell the Inland Revenue that you work for us).
